  "text": "1. The starting date of close cooperation between the ECB and BNB shall be 1 October 2020.\n2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, for the purpose of the identification of significant supervised entities established in the Republic of Bulgaria pursuant to Article 110 of Regulation (EU) No 468/2014 (ECB/2014/17), the starting date of close cooperation between the ECB and BNB shall be considered to be the date of application of this Decision.",
