  "text": "‘D’ means that a derogation has been granted in accordance with Article 10(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 for the calendar year 2018 (small volume manufacturer);\n‘DMD’ means that a de minimis exemption applies in accordance with Article 2(4) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631, so that the manufacturer does not have to meet a specific emissions target in 2018;\n‘P’ means that the manufacturer is a member of a pool (whose number is listed in column B of Table 2) formed pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 and the pooling agreement is valid for the calendar year 2018.",
