‘Average specific emissions of CO₂’ (g CO₂/km) means the average specific emissions of CO₂ of all new light commercial vehicles registered in the European Union and Iceland in the calendar year 2018 for which the manufacturer (Table 1) or the members of the pool (Table 2) are responsible. In calculating the average specific emissions of CO₂ account has been taken, where applicable, of the CO₂ emission savings resulting from the use of innovative technologies referred to in Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2019/631 (Column H).
