# Council Decision (EU) 2020/1075 of 26 June 2020 on the conclusion of the Agreement on civil aviation safety between the European Union and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 17(1) of the Agreement.
