  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1136\nof 30 July 2020\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 36(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2016/849, the Council has reviewed the lists of designated persons and entities set out in Annexes II, III, V and VI to that Decision.\n(3)\nThe Council has concluded that the restrictive measures against all persons and entities in the lists set out in Annexes II and III to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should be maintained, that the statement of reasons for nineteen persons and the identifying information of five persons and two entities should be updated and that the gender of all natural persons listed in Annex II should be included in the identifying information.\n(4)\nDecision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
