  "text": "Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2020/118\nof 27 January 2020\nimplementing Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 of 28 September 2017 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali and in particular Article 3 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 28 September 2017, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775.\n(2)\nOn 14 January 2020, the United Nations Security Council Sanctions Committee established by paragraph 9 of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2374 (2017) amended the listings of seven persons subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nThe Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
