# Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1188 of 7 August 2020 on the launch of automated data exchange with regard to dactyloscopic data in the United Kingdom, Article 1

For the purposes of automated searching of dactyloscopic data, the United Kingdom is entitled to receive and supply personal data pursuant to Article 9 of Decision 2008/615/JHA as from 13 August 2020 and in conformity with that Decision.
