  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/120\nof 28 January 2020\namending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 March 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/145/CFSP.\n(2)\nFollowing the organisation by the Russian Federation of so‐called ‘local elections’ on 8 September 2019 in the illegally annexed Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol in Ukraine, the Council considers that seven persons should be added to the list of persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in the Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP.\n(3)\nThe Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
