Division 7 CERTIFICATION OF THE CO2 SAVINGS

The F1Secretary of State is to certify the CO2 savings in accordance with point 3 based on measurements of the LED Lighting system and the baseline halogen lamps using the test methodology set out in this Annex. Where the CO2 emission savings are below the threshold specified in Article 9(1) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 427/2014, the second subparagraph of Article 11(2) of that Regulation shall apply.
