In Article 5 of Decision (CFSP) 2020/489, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:

'1.

The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR for the period from 2 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 shall be EUR 1 350 000.'.
