Division 1 INTRODUCTION

This Annex sets out the methodology to determine the carbon dioxide (CO₂) emission savings to be attributed to the use of efficient vehicle exterior LED lights in one or several of the exterior vehicle lights listed in Article 1, for use in the light commercial vehicles referred to in that Article.
