# Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1385 of 1 October 2020 amending Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya, Article 1

Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 is amended as follows:
(1) in Article 17, paragraphs 3 and 4 are replaced by the following:
‘3. The measures referred to in Article 8(2) shall apply with regard to entry 15 in Annex II until 2 April 2021.
4. The measures referred to in Article 9(2) shall apply with regard to entry 20 in Annex IV until 2 April 2021.’;
(2) Annex II and Annex IV are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
