  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1385\nof 1 October 2020\namending Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 31 July 2015, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya.\n(2)\nOn 27 March 2020, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2020/458.\n(3)\nThe restrictive measures concerning one person should be extended for a further period of six months and the entries for two persons should be deleted.\n(4)\nDecision (CFSP) 2015/1333 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
