# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1391 of 2 October 2020 concerning certain protective measures relating to African swine fever in Germany (notified under document C(2020) 6889) (Only the German text is authentic) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Germany shall ensure that the infected area established by that Member State, where the measures provided for in Article 15 of Directive 2002/60/EC apply, comprises at least the areas listed in the Annex to this Decision.
