# Council Decision (EU) 2020/143 of 28 January 2020 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Administrative Committee for the Customs Convention on the international transport of goods under cover of TIR carnets as regards the amendment of the Convention, Division 7: Annex 9, Part I, paragraph 3, new subparagraph (xi)


(xi) confirm, in case of a fallback procedure described in Article 10, paragraph 2 of Annex 11, for Contracting Parties bound by Annex 11, upon request of the competent authorities, that the guarantee is valid, that a TIR transport is carried out under the eTIR procedure and provide other information relevant to the TIR transport.
