# Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1515 of 19 October 2020 establishing a European Security and Defence College, and repealing Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382, Article 10: Discharge

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Steering Committee shall decide on the basis of the detailed report, the annual accounts and the annual audit report whether to grant the Head a discharge in respect of the implementation of the ESDC budget.
2. The Head shall take all appropriate steps to satisfy the Steering Committee that a discharge may be granted and to act on the observations in the decisions giving discharge, if any.
