# Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1515 of 19 October 2020 establishing a European Security and Defence College, and repealing Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382, Article 6: Bank accounts

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Any ESDC bank account shall be opened at a first-rate financial institution with its head office in a Member State and shall be a current or short-term account in euro.
2. No ESDC bank account shall be overdrawn.
