# Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1515 of 19 October 2020 establishing a European Security and Defence College, and repealing Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382, Article 18: Implementation of projects

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The ESDC can apply for research and other projects in the field of CFSP. The ESDC can act as a project coordinator or a member. The Head can be attached to the 'advisory board' of such a project. The Head may delegate this task to one of the Chairpersons of the Board configurations or to a member of the Secretariat.
2. Contribution coming from those projects has to be made visible in the amending budget of the ESDC and used according to the tasks and objectives of the ESDC.
