Article 10 Conditions in relation to financing for categories 3 and 4

The amounts for financing for categories 3 and 4 shall be due in full in relation to the number of staff effectively deployed for a consecutive or non-consecutive period of 120 days during year N.

For deployments with a duration of less or more than 120 days, financing for categories 3 and 4 shall be calculated pro-rata on the basis of a reference period of 120 days.

The pro-rata calculation shall be based on a unit of calculation equivalent to the deployment of one team member for a day in any operational activity carried out by the standing corps, including the necessary travel days.
