  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1699\nof 12 November 2020\namending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 26 July 2010 the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 18 June 2020 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2020/849.\n(3)\nFollowing the judgment of the General Court in Case T-490/18, Neda Industrial Group should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP.\n(4)\nAnnex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
