  "text": "The paper substrate, including paperboard used in a final product shall bear the EU Ecolabel for ‘Graphic paper’ in accordance with Annex I to Commission Decision (EU) 2019/70.\nAssessment and verification: the applicant shall provide a copy of a valid EU Ecolabel certificate according to Annex I to Commission Decision (EU) 2019/70 for each paper substrate used in EU Ecolabel printed paper, stationery paper or paper carrier bag product(s).\nThe applicant shall provide the description of the EU Ecolabel substrate(s), including the trade names and amounts of paper used. The list shall also include the names of the suppliers of the papers used.",
