  "text": "The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf, in relation to matters falling within its competence, at the 40th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Convention on the conservation of European wildlife and natural habitats shall be to propose a motion to postpone until the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee the vote on the proposal to amend the Convention in order to include financial clauses, and to support the establishment of an enlarged partial agreement setting up a support fund for the implementation of the Convention, on the basis of the draft submitted to the Standing Committee.",
