# Decision (EU) 2020/187 of the European Central Bank of 3 February 2020 on the implementation of the third covered bond purchase programme (ECB/2020/8) (recast), Article 2: Definitions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purposes of this Decision, the following definitions shall apply:
(1) ‘credit institution’ has the same meaning as credit institution as defined in point (1) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council; and
(2) ‘multi cédulas’ has the same meaning as multi cédulas as defined in point (62) of Article 2 of Guideline (EU) 2015/510 of the European Central Bank (ECB/2014/60).
