Decision 2010/788/CFSP is amended as follows:

  1. (1)

    in Article 9, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

    ‘2.

    The measures referred to in Article 3(2) shall apply until 12 December 2021. They shall be renewed, or amended as appropriate, if the Council deems that their objectives have not been met.’;

  2. (2)

    Annex II to Decision 2010/788/CFSP is replaced by the text appearing in the Annex to this Decision.
