# Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/2142 of 17 December 2020 amending Decision (CFSP) 2018/1789 in support of combating the illicit trade in and proliferation of small arms and light weapons in the Member States of the League of Arab States, Article 1

Article 5(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2018/1789 is hereby replaced by the following:
2.. ‘This Decision shall expire 30 months after the date of the conclusion of the agreement referred to in Article 3(3).’.
