  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/215\nof 17 February 2020\namending Decision 2011/101/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Zimbabwe\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 15 February 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/101/CFSP.\n(2)\nThe Council has carried out a review of Decision 2011/101/CFSP, taking into account the political situation in Zimbabwe.\n(3)\nThe restrictive measures should be extended until 20 February 2021. The Council should keep those restrictive measures under constant review in the light of political and security developments in Zimbabwe.\n(4)\nTaking into account the situation in Zimbabwe, it is appropriate to amend the title of Decision 2011/101/CFSP.\n(5)\nThe entry for one deceased person should be deleted from the list of designated persons and entities in Annex I to Decision 2011/101/CFSP. The restrictive measures should be renewed for four persons and one entity in Annex I to Decision 2011/101/CFSP. The restrictive measures should be suspended for one person. The suspension of the restrictive measures should be renewed for three persons listed in Annex II to Decision 2011/101/CFSP.\n(6)\nDecision 2011/101/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
