The following persons are hereby appointed full-time members of the Board for a term of office of 5 years as from 1 March 2020:

  • Mr Jan Reinder DE CARPENTIER, as Vice-Chair,

  • Mr Jesús SAURINA, as Director of Resolution Planning and Decisions,

  • Mr Pedro MACHADO, as Director of Resolution Planning and Decisions.
