# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/260 of 25 February 2020 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1202 as regards explosion prevention and protection, Article 1

Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1202 is amended as follows:
(1) Articles 1 and 2 are replaced by the following:
‘Article 1 The references of harmonised standards for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres drafted in support of Directive 2014/34/EU, listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 2 The references of harmonised standards for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres drafted in support of Directive 2014/34/EU, listed in Annex II to this Decision, are hereby withdrawn from the Official Journal of the European Union as from the dates set out in that Annex.’;
(2) Annexes I and II are added as set out in the Annex to this Decision.
