  "text": "Guideline (EU) 2015/510 (ECB/2014/60) is amended as follows:\n(1) Article 93 is replaced by the following:\n‘Minimum size of credit claims\nArticle 93 For domestic use, credit claims shall, at the time of their submission as collateral by the counterparty, meet a minimum size threshold of EUR 0, or any higher amount that may be laid down by the home NCB. For cross-border use, a minimum size threshold of EUR 500 000 shall apply.’;\n(2) in Article 141, paragraph 1, the percentage value ‘2,5%’ is replaced by the percentage value ‘10%’.",
