  "text": "Annexes I and II to Decision 2003/467/EC are amended as follows:\n(1) in Chapter 2 of Annex I to Decision 2003/467/EC, the entries for Italy and Portugal are replaced by the following:\n‘In Italy:\nRegion Abruzzo: Province of Pescara,\nProvince of Bolzano,\nRegion Emilia-Romagna,\nRegion Friuli-Venezia Giulia,\nRegion Lazio: Provinces of Frosinone, Rieti, Viterbo,\nRegion Liguria,\nRegion Lombardia,\nRegion Marche: Provinces of Ancona, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Pesaro-Urbino,\nRegion Piemonte,\nRegion Sardegna: Provinces of Cagliari, Medio-Campidano, Ogliastra, Olbia- Tempio, Oristano,\nRegion Toscana,\nProvince of Trento,\nRegion Umbria,\nRegion Valle d’Aosta,\nRegion Veneto.\nIn Portugal:\nRegião Algarve: all distritos,\nRegião Autónoma dos Açores except Ilha de São Miguel.’;\n(2) in Chapter 2 of Annex II to Decision 2003/467/EC, the entry for Portugal is replaced by the following:\n‘In Portugal:\nRegião Algarve: all distritos,\nRegião Autónoma dos Açores: Ilhas de Corvo, Faial, Flores, Graciosa, Pico, Santa Maria,\nRegião Centro: distritos Aveiro, Viseu, Guarda, Coimbra, Leiria, Castelo Branco.’.",
