# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/552 of 20 April 2020 amending Annexes I and II to Decision 2003/467/EC as regards the officially tuberculosis-free status of the region of Valle d’Aosta in Italy and of the Autonomous Region of the Azores in Portugal, and as regards the officially brucellosis-free status of several regions of Portugal (notified under document C(2020) 2260) (Text with EEA relevance), Annex

Annexes I and II to Decision 2003/467/EC are amended as follows:
(1) in Chapter 2 of Annex I to Decision 2003/467/EC, the entries for Italy and Portugal are replaced by the following:
‘In Italy:
Region Abruzzo: Province of Pescara,
Province of Bolzano,
Region Emilia-Romagna,
Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia,
Region Lazio: Provinces of Frosinone, Rieti, Viterbo,
Region Liguria,
Region Lombardia,
Region Marche: Provinces of Ancona, Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Pesaro-Urbino,
Region Piemonte,
Region Sardegna: Provinces of Cagliari, Medio-Campidano, Ogliastra, Olbia- Tempio, Oristano,
Region Toscana,
Province of Trento,
Region Umbria,
Region Valle d’Aosta,
Region Veneto.
In Portugal:
Região Algarve: all distritos,
Região Autónoma dos Açores except Ilha de São Miguel.’;
(2) in Chapter 2 of Annex II to Decision 2003/467/EC, the entry for Portugal is replaced by the following:
‘In Portugal:
Região Algarve: all distritos,
Região Autónoma dos Açores: Ilhas de Corvo, Faial, Flores, Graciosa, Pico, Santa Maria,
Região Centro: distritos Aveiro, Viseu, Guarda, Coimbra, Leiria, Castelo Branco.’.
