  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/651\nof 14 May 2020\namending Decision (CFSP) 2019/797 concerning restrictive measures against cyber-attacks threatening the Union or its Member States\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 17 May 2019, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2019/797 concerning restrictive measures against cyber-attacks threatening the Union or its Member States.\n(2)\nDecision (CFSP) 2019/797 applies until 18 May 2020. On the basis of a review of that Decision, the restrictive measures set out therein should be extended until 18 May 2021.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2019/797 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
