  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/719\nof 28 May 2020\namending Decision 2013/255/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Syria\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 31 May 2013 the Council adopted Decision 2013/255/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 17 May 2019 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2019/806, extending the restrictive measures set out in Decision 2013/255/CFSP until 1 June 2020.\n(3)\nOn the basis of a review of the restrictive measures set out in Decision 2013/255/CFSP, the Council has decided that those measures should be extended until 1 June 2021.\n(4)\nThe entries in the list of natural and legal persons, entities or bodies set out in Annex I to Decision 2013/255/CFSP should be updated and amended.\n(5)\nFive entries should be deleted from the list of natural and legal persons, entities or bodies set out in Annex I to Decision 2013/255/CFSP.\n(6)\nDecision 2013/255/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
