  "text": "The UNODA will brief the Council every six months on the progress of the implementation of the project.\nAt the conclusion of the project, the UNODA will submit to the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and to the European Commission (‘Commission’) a final financial and narrative report containing brief reports on each project.",
