# Council Decision (EU) 2020/751 of 27 May 2020 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Belarus on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation, Article 3

The Commission, assisted by the representatives of the Member States, shall represent the Union within the Joint Readmission Committee set up pursuant to Article 19 of the Agreement.
