  "text": "For the purposes of Articles 9.20 and 9.23 of the Agreement, any modifications or rectifications to Sections A to D and F of Annexes 9-A and 9-B to the Agreement shall be approved, on behalf of the Union, by the Commission, after consultation with the special committee appointed by the Council in accordance with Article 207(3) of the Treaty.",
