# Council Decision (EU) 2020/753 of 30 March 2020 on the conclusion of the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, Article 3

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 17.16 of the Agreement, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound by the Agreement.
