  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/849\nof 18 June 2020\namending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 26(3) of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annex II to that Decision.\n(3)\nThe Council has concluded that the restrictive measures against all persons and entities in the list set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be maintained, in so far as their names are not mentioned in Annex VI to that Decision, and that 10 entries included in Annex II should be updated.\n(4)\nDecision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
