  "text": "Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2020/9\nof 7 January 2020\nimplementing Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 of 28 September 2017 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali and in particular Article 3 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 28 September 2017, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775.\n(2)\nOn 19 December 2019, the United Nations Security Council Sanctions Committee established by paragraph 9 of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2374 (2017) added five persons to the list of persons and entities subject to an assets freeze as set out in paragraphs 4 to 7 of Resolution 2374 (2017).\n(3)\nThe Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
