  "text": "Decision 2013/233/CFSP is hereby amended as follows:\n(1) in Article 6, the following paragraph is added:\n‘8. Mr Vincenzo TAGLIAFERRI shall be the Head of Mission for the period from 1 July 2020 until 30 September 2020.’;\n(2) in Article 13(1), the sixth subparagraph is replaced by the following:\n‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of EUBAM Libya from 1 January 2019 until 30 June 2021 shall be EUR 60 038 863,03’;\n(3) in Article 16, the second paragraph is replaced by the following:\n‘It shall apply until 30 June 2021.’.",
