Germany may derogate from the technical requirements set out in Annex 8 to ES-TRIN standard 2017/1 in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annex to this Decision, for the following passenger vessels:
Innogy with a Unique European Vessel Identification Number 04804940,
Alsterwasser with a Unique European Vessel Identification Number 04807190.
