  "text": "The crop shall conform to the following standards as regards distances from neighbouring sources of pollen which may result in undesirable foreign pollination:\nCrop\nMinimum distance\n1\n2\nBrassica spp., Phacelia tanacetifolia :\n—\nfor the production of basic seed\n400 m\n—\nfor the production of certified seed\n200 m\nSpecies or varieties other than Brassica spp., Phacelia tanacetifolia , Pisum sativum , varieties of Poa pratensis referred to in the second part of the third sentence of paragraph 4:\n— for the production of seed intended for multiplication, fields up to two hectares\n200 m\n—\nfor the production of seed intended for multiplication, fields over two hectares\n100 m\n—\nfor the production of seed intended for the production of fodder plants, fields up to two hectares\n100 m\n—\nfor the production of seed intended for the production of fodder plants, fields over two hectares\n50 m\nThese distances can be disregarded if there is sufficient protection from any undesirable foreign pollination.",
