  "text": "The seed shall have sufficient varietal identity and purity.\nIn particular, the seeds of the species listed below shall conform to the following standards or other conditions. The minimum varietal purity shall be:\nPoa pratensis , varieties referred to in the second part of the third sentence of paragraph 4 of Annex I, Brassica napus var. napobrassica and Brassica oleracea convar. acephala : 98 %,\nPisum sativum, Vicia faba :\ncertified seed, 1st generation: 99 %,\ncertified seed, 2nd generation: 98 %,\nTrifolium subterraneum, Medicago spp., except M. lupulina , M. sativa , M. x varia :\nfor the production of basic seed: 99,5 %,\nfor the production of certified seed for further multiplication: 98 %,\nfor the production of certified seed: 95 %.\nThe minimum varietal purity shall be examined mainly in field inspections carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in Annex I.",
