# Council Directive of 9 April 1968 on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine (68/193/EEC), Division 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In addition to the health and soil requirements, and production conditions of Sections 2 and 3, propagating material shall be produced in accordance with the requirements for the production site, place of production, or area as laid down in Section 8 to limit the presence of the pests listed in that Section.
