# Council Directive of 9 April 1968 on the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of the vine (68/193/EEC), Article 16a

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The measures necessary for the implementation of this Directive with regard to the matters contained in the provisions referred to below shall be adopted in accordance with the management procedure laid down in Article 17(2):
Article 2(1)(DA)(c), Article 3(3), Article 8(2), Article 9, Article 11(2), Article 14(1) and Article 15(2)(c).
