# Council Directive of 8 December 1969 on control of Potato Wart Disease (69/464/EEC), Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Member States shall provide that on contaminated plots:
(a) no potatoes may be grown;
(b) no plant intended for transplanting may be grown, stored in the ground or otherwise.
