Repealed by Regulation (EU) 2015/2284 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 repealing Council Directive 76/621/EEC relating to the fixing of the maximum level of erucic acid in oils and fats and Council Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 establishing a temporary scheme for the restructuring of the sugar industry.
