  "text": "First Commission Directive\nof 13 November 1979\nlaying down Community methods of analysis for testing certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption\n(79/1067/EEC)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,\nHaving regard to Council Directive 76/118/EEC of 18 December 1975 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption, and in particular Article 11 thereof,\nWhereas under Article 11 of Directive 76/118/EEC, the composition of certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk is required to be verified by Community methods of analysis;\nWhereas it is desirable to adopt an initial series of methods in respect of which studies have been completed;\nWhereas the measures provided for in this Directive are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee of Foodstuffs,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DIRECTIVE:",
