  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 7 (2) of Directive 77/391/EEC, the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund, Guidance Section, may pay to the Kingdom of Belgium, at its request, for the eradication of brucellosis, an amount not exceeding 120 units of account per cow and 60 units of account per bovine other than cows, slaughtered in the framework of the measures referred to in Article 2 of the said Directive.",
