  "text": "The determination is carried out by gas chromatography. The fluorine from the fluorine containing compounds is converted to triethylfluorosilane (TEFS) by direct reaction with chlorotriethylsilane (TECS) in acid solution and simultaneously extracted with xylene containing cyclohexane as internal standard.",
